Do you have a workmanship warranty?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 2-year workmanship warranty on all our bathroom remodeling projects.
This covers any issues with our installation work, including tile, plumbing connections, electrical work, and fixture installations.
If anything fails due to our workmanship within two years, we'll return to fix it at no cost. Not to mention any warranties on the materials themselves, we provide all details in writing before starting your project.
How long will the bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels take 2-3 weeks on average.
Week 1 involves demolition and rough plumbing/electrical work.
Week 2 covers tile work, flooring, and drywall.
Week 3 includes fixture installation and finishing touches.
Timeline can vary based on size, complexity, and material availability. Custom tile work or structural changes may add time too. We'll provide a detailed schedule before starting and keep you updated on progress throughout the project.
Do you handle permits and inspection?
Yes, we handle all permits and inspections for your bathroom remodel. We'll pull the necessary permits before starting work and coordinate all required inspections with the city.
This includes plumbing, electrical, and structural permits if needed. Our team knows all local codes and requirements, ensuring everything passes inspection the first time and your project stays on schedule.
